We offer free standard shipping on all
orders within the continental United States.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business
hours of receipt and typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

For international orders or shipments
outside the continental U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico),
please email us at info@kianrugcompany.com for a custom
shipping quote.
Return Policy
At Kian Rug Company, customer satisfaction is
our top priority.
We understand that buying a rug online can be challenging, and we want you to
shop with confidence.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we
gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, via FedEx
or UPS.
Return Guidelines:
- Rugs
must be in original condition, unused, and repackaged to
the best of your ability.
- If you
need extra packaging materials, we’re happy to provide them.
- To
initiate a return and receive a prepaid return label, email us at info@kianrugcompany.com.
Return Fees:
- A 5%
restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Buyers
are responsible for:
- The original
cost of shipping (even on free shipping promotions).
- The cost
of return shipping.
Please note: While we offer “free shipping” at checkout,
the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Kian Rug Company reserves the right to refuse returns or
exchanges for items that are not in original condition due
to damage or misuse.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a
refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 15–30 business days for processing.
Final Sale Items:
- All
sales are final after 14 days of delivery.
- We do
not offer free return service for orders shipped to Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
Customers in these regions are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs/duty fees.
